Tulane at Rice

The Tulane Green Wave have been impressive of late as they have won four straight games and seven of their last eight. The lone loss comes from their most competitive game vs. VCU. Therein lies the problem. Tulane has been eating a lot of cupcakes and of the seven wins in the recent streak, six of the games were vs. such weak competition that they were not even lined games. Rice has certainly shown the bigger upside despite a worse overall record when they went toe-to-toe with Texas before losing by just three and did the same vs Miami, Fla, dropping that one by just six. The Owls are hooting up the cash at home with an 8-1 mark and have proven tough in this building.  I'll grab them on the moneyline, to get the straight up win.
