It is hard to get a complete grasp on this Georgia State team that owns a big win over VCU, but then turns around and losses to McNeese State, Hampton and Western Michigan. They have already played three games that have gone into overtime, and it seems most of their competitive games are close ones, so 7+ points here looms large for Towson. The Tigers are not impressive at 4-9 on the season, but their underdog status in every game shows that they have played a schedule above their level, covering the majority of them. The Tigers have roared after a loss to cover their next game six straight times. Georgia State finds a way to keep opponents in games, and Towson has enough to hang around in this one.
