Toledo at Xavier

The Toledo Rockets had a strong season at 25-7. But trying to come out of the MAC this year with the season Buffalo had was a tall order, and the MAC simply isn't good enough to get two teams to the dance most years. The biggest issue for Toledo was an out-of-conference slate that saw them play no team from a power conference. Xavier has always been a strong postseason team. This was a young team that came on strong late in the season to finish 7-2 in their last nine games.
