Tennessee Chattanooga has been a strong low major over the last decade or so as the Moccasins are on their way to a 9th season in the last 11 years to finish above .500. They own four seasons of 20+ wins and this looks like it will be the 5th as they are 13-7. The Citadel is just 9-11 on the season, but the Bulldogs have been very competitive in games as a sizeable dog as they are 4-2 ATS when taking 8.5 points or more. The Citadel has a +2.6ppg scoring margin on the season, which is good for a losing team, and Chattanooga sits at +8.2. This is a double-digit line, and both have played comparable strength of schedules, so I see some line value here. Make the play on The Citadel.
