The Citadel at Samford

The Citadel Bulldogs have an experienced team with four starters from last year. The results thus far on the W-L ledger are bad, but the fact is they have played a very tough schedule for a Southern Conference team. The 13 losses have come to teams that are a combined 150-81 on the season. Samford has put together a record of 10-7, but have feasted on a lot of softies. While the records here make this line look appealing on the side of the Samford Bulldogs, it is the visiting Bulldogs that actually have the edge. The Citadel has been good in this situation as they are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 as a dog of 7 or less, and 8-2 ATS to those same numbers on the road. Samford is not covering much of anything at 7-20-2 ATS in their last 29, including 1-10 ATS as a favorite. My play is on the Citadel.
