Texas State at Appalachian State

The Texas State Bobcats have not fared well 10 games into the season as they have just two wins, despite playing two games vs. non-Div1 opponents. They averaged over 100 points a game in those two and this team has the appearance of being high-scoring, but has only averaged 70 points per game against D-1 opponents. Appalachian State looks to even things up with a win here to move to 5-5, but they have not been a high-scoring team either. They went for 95 ppg in their first two, but have since been held to less than 80 in each of their last seven games. That leaves a lot of wiggle room playing to a total of 160. The Bobcats are pretty much an unknown, and the oddsmakers haven't handled this team well as they are 5-1 ATS as an underdog, and held their own here vs. Mississippi bowing by just 11 to an SEC team. I like Texas State and the UNDER in this one.
