Texas Southern vs. North Carolina

North Carolina is favored by many pundits to cut down the nets at the end of it all. The Heels finished at the top of the rugged ACC Conference and enter with an overall record of 27-7. The Tar Heels are averaging nearly 85 points per game, but are giving up a lot more than most elite teams as well, at 70.6 points per game. Texas Soutern arrives at 23-11, but it is how they got there. The Tigers opened the season at a woeful 4-9, but went on to finish at 19-2. They scheduled a lot of top teams early, took their lumps, but are a much better team now because of it. The Tigers are playing with confidence, and while they are not likely to win here, they are certainly capable of respectability, especially to a line in the mid-20s. Make the play on Texas Southern.
