The season started strong for the Texas Longhorns, a team that stood at 12-2 through 14 games, complete with a national ranking. They finished from that point out at just 8-11. While that is less than what they were hoping for, Texas played in the Big-12 where seven teams made the NCAA Tournament. The Horns also took on an out-of conference schedule that included Iowa, Kentucky, Stanford, and UConn, so while the numbers don't look as appealing as you'd like to see, don't be fooled. Butler transitioned well into the Big East Conference, but other than Villanova the conference was void of top teams. Texas has shown the ability to play well on a neutral court at 3-0-1 ATS in their last 4, while Butler has stumbled down the stretch vs very good teams, posting a 1-4 ATS mark in their last 5 vs a team over .600. Make the play on Texas.
