Once upon a time, the St. John's Red Storm were a fixture at or near the top of the Big East standings, but it has been a long, long time since they have been a factor in the league. They seem to have a good out-of-conference record every year, but struggle once conference play begins. They just lost to NC Asheville at home, so they aren't going to be a confident team heading to Villanova tonight. The Wildcats are a tick down from the past, but still have a talented group, and they appear to be coming together as they have won five straight games. These Big East conference games are wars, but one team is at home and playing with confidence. The other is unsure of themselves right now, so I expect Nova to prevail in the end. Play Villanova on the moneyline.
