St. Bonaventure vs. Florida

Florida is 2-0 after a 76-54 win over Mercer in which the Gators allowed only 14 points in the first half. Florida has picked up where they left off last season, being a great defensive team while mostly shooting bricks on offense. Florida finished near the bottom in the SEC in free-throw shooting and three-pointers last season. They shot only 36.1 percent from the field against Mercer although they made 24-of-30 free throws. The Bears were held to 37.3 percent shooting on 19-of-51. St. Bonaventure is 1-0 after beating St. Francis (PA) 92-82 as Denzel Gregg and Jaylen Adams scored 23 points apiece. The Bonnies lost their top scorer from last season in Marcus Posley and top rebounder in Dion Wright. St. Bonaventure has gone UNDER in five of its last seven games after scoring 90-plus points, and Florida has stayed UNDER in 25 of its last 35 after winning by 20-plus points.
