Massachusetts had a great recruiting year, including six freshmen and a transfer, and it has paid off as the Minutemen are off to a 10-3 start, including 6-1-1 ATS and current winners of four in a row. UMass beat Georgia State 74-65 on Wednesday with balanced scoring as Dejon Jarreau scored 13 points and three other players had 12 points apiece. The Panthers were held to just 38.7 percent shooting, and the Minutemen are holding opponents to just 38.4 percent for the season. St. Bonaventure hasn't played since an overtime loss to Canisius on Dec. 22 as an 11-point favorite. The Bonnies shot 53.1 percent, but allowed the Golden Griffins 52.1 percent overall and 39.5 percent from three-point range. St. Bonny has covered just one of their last six lined games while UMass is on a 5-0-1 ATS run.
