Southern Illinois at Illinois Chicago

Illinois Chicago has rattled off three straight wins, and are currently 13-6, and have moved their Missouri Valley Conference record to 6-3. Southern Illinois has not had the same level of success as the Salukis are 8-12 overall and just 3-6 in conference play. Despite the difference in overall records, these teams have played very even off the glass, at the free throw line, and on turnovers. Southern Illinois is led by three seniors that all average 11.6ppg or more. I project this game to be very close, and the Missouri Valley has always been an upset oriented league. I will grab the points and make the play on Southern Illinois.
