South Florida vs. Cincinnati

It isn't very often that South Florida comes into a game with a better record than Cincinnati, but at 4-2, the Bulls are sporting the better record. Cincinnati has a lot of negative variance coming into this game. They have seen their top players get in foul trouble far too often, and preseason second-team All-AAC selection Chris Vogt, has fouled out of each of the last three games. The result has been 10 more made-free-throws per game by their opponents, and that will not sustain itself, but it provides value here. The Bulls have four wins but against weak teams. The two games vs strong competition, in Rhode Island and Virginia Tech resulted in 16- and 18-point losses. South Florida averaged just 63 points in those two games.
