South Alabama at Texas

Texas has been a top 25 team for many years. However, the Horns have slipped the last couple of years. The question is, have they slipped so low as to being a short home favorite against South Alabama? Texas is going to want to play this game in the paint as center Cameron Ridley is a load at 6'9" 285 lbs. and should be able to carve out space inside against the smaller South Alabama front line. Texas also brings size and skill off the bench, and I think they will eventually wear down this South Alabama team to pull away late. The Jaguars have no pedigree when it comes to taking down a team with a winning record at just 18-44-1 ATS in their last 63, and the Horns have hooked the cash in four of their last five at home.
