SMU at Temple

The Temple Owls were sailing along unbeaten in AAC play until they encountered a hot Tulsa team that remains the only unblemished team in AAC play this season. The Owls have really dug in on the defensive end as they have allowed fewer than 60 points nine times on the season, and that includes 10 of their last 12. SMU was the preseason favorite in the AAC, but has had a lot more trouble than expected. The Mustangs can, however, match the Owl's defensive intensity as they bring a lot of energy to the defensive end of the floor. SMU has limited each of their last 10 opponents, not including overtime,  to 61 points or less, and have packed that "D" on the road vs. good teams as they are 10-3 to the UNDER in their last 13 on the road vs. a team with a home winning percentage greater than .600.
