SMU at Indiana State

Indiana St. had their best season this year since the Larry Bird era. They are led by a player that doesn't look like he would be effective in Robbie Avilla. Avilla is a stat stuffer and scores, rebounds, and assists to big numbers almost every time out. The Sycamores were a victim of Drake in the MVC final, and also a victim of the plethora of upsets in conference tournaments. SMU finished the season at 20-12 but really turned ice cold late in the season. SMU finished 1-5 SU and 0-6 ATS in their last six games. They shot below 40% in five of the six games, topping out at 40.9% in the other game. Now they must try to rejuvanate an offense is an arena they have never played in before, and with a cold team and new shooting background, I don't think the offense gets healthy here.
