The Stags started 3-15 last season and have started poorly again. Missing is graduated Michael Van Schaick (15.4 points per game), and the Stags are struggling to find offense. They no longer have a go-to guy, and this year's version is shooting a pathetic 39% from the floor. Last year they defended very well as they led the league in points allowed, but this year they are allowing 46.6% shooting against them. Tough to find the win column. Siena has already logged a win over Stanford and appears poised to challenge in the Metro Atlantic. They have shot 46.5%, good enough to win on the road. Alex Franklin went for 27 points and 11 boards in the MAAC title game, has continued his solid play (16.8ppg, 8.7rpg). Kenny Hasbrouck has also increased his production, netting a team leading 18.2ppg. Edwin Ubiles has also lit it up for 16.7ppg and Ronald Moore has lifted his scoring to double-digits as well at 11.8ppg. The Saints have too much fire-power over a team struggling for offense, so we will ride them on the road here.
