San Jose State vs. Wyoming

The Mountain West Tournament is the last chance for both these teams to hope for a miracle. The line here seems rather suspect as Wyoming, at 13-10 on the season, has not won a game by 13 points in seven weeks. It is always dangerous to play on a heavy favorite that has shown minimal effort on the defensive end of the court. Wyoming is allowing opponents to shoot 48 percent for the season. Wyoming has allowed 45% or better to each of its last eight opponents. San Jose State is not a good shooting team but Wyoming has not been able to stop or slow down any team. The Spartans are reasonable on defense allowing just 44.5 percent shooting on the season. The records of these teams may justify the big line, but they aren't as far apart as it looks. I like San Jose State in this one.
