The San Jose State Spartans have won just 43 games over the last five years. To put that in perspective, the Gaels won 27 a year ago and are a good bet to make a run at unseating Gonzaga in the West Coast Conference this season. The Gaels have the dominant big man in Omar Sanhan who has stepped up even bigger this season. Sanhan is averaging 20.6 points per game along with 11.2 boards. He is not alone as five Gaels average at least 9.6 ppg. San Jose has Adrian Oliver, but beyond that is why they haven't even been a .500 team in many years. The Spartans are also showing no bite as a dog as they are 0-4 ATS in their last four as a dog of up to 6.5. I'll go with the more talented Gaels in this one.
