While this may not be a vintage Memphis team, they are still pretty darn good. They suffered eight losses on the season, but five came at the hands of teams seeded higher than them in the tournament, so I like their chances vs. a good St. Louis team. St. Louis lost just seven games this season, but the only team they faced in their out-of-conference schedule that was seeded higher than Memphis was New Mexico which resulted in a loss. I’m not sure if they are tested enough to play against a quicker and more athletic Memphis team. The Billikens are just 2-8-1 ATS in their last 11 neutral-site games, including 0-6 ATS as a dog. The Tigers are roaring to a 13-3 ATS mark in their last 16 as a favorite and have covered 10 of their last 11 overall. Play on Memphis.
