Saint Louis at Missouri State

We have said it before and we will say it again - Rick Majerus can flat out coach. He also inherits a team where the cupboard is not bare. He has two bona fide scorers in Liddell and Lisch. They have had much more than that so far as Majerus has them sharing the ball and getting open looks resulting in a team that is shooting 54% from the floor and 42% from deep. They are a tough team to guard because they have six players that can produce a lot of points on any given night. The MVC has produced some high-caliber teams the past few years, but may be down a bit this season. Missouri State has a shot at winning, but their top scorer Blake Ahearn and top rebounder Nathan Bilyeu will be missed. Deven Mitchell is athletic and versatile, and the points won't come easy against a team like St. Louis. Missouri State will be tested tonight. We like St. Louis to have the chance for the out-right win, so we will go with the points on this one, in a game that should come down to the wire.
