South Carolina State is in the midst of a nightmare season as they have opened 0-13. Perhaps they can find something against a North Carolina Central team that has seen its season completely disrupted by Covid-19. The Eagles have managed to play only five games this season, and that was to some shaky competition. The Bulldogs certainly can stay in reach of the lofty number here. South Carolina State has shown some signs of improving as they have covered their last two to big lines, while keeping the losing margins down to seven and two points.
