Rutgers at Purdue

The Rutgers Scarlet Knights have fared poorly in the Big-10 Conference, much the same as they did in the Big East. They are in the basement in large part due to an offense that is really struggling to find points. Their last nine games has seen them produce just an average of 53.5 points per game. I think this game, like many of their games, will be very low scoring early, before the last 10 minutes of the game turns to garbage time, so there is certainly an opportunity to play on the first half UNDER the total here. Purdue has held two much better offensive teams in Nebraska, and Ohio State to a combined 46 points in the first half in their last two home games. Make the play on the first half UNDER.
