The Rice Owls travel to play a matinee game against in-state rival Texas. The Longhorns, after a few down years, have risen back to the top and come in with a healthy 10-2 record, backed by a #9 national ranking. The Horns have also gotten after it in these situations as they already own five wins by 30 or more points on the season and own a 3-1 ATS mark when favored by 18 points or more to start the season.
