Quinnipiac at Iona

Quinnipiac is 11-4 ATS this season and already owns a win over Iona 97-91 in overtime on Jan. 14 as Mikey Dixon led the Bobcats with 27 points. Quinnipiac followed up that win by beating Canisius 95-90 on Friday while shooting 58.8 percent and making eight of 13 three-point shots. Dixon scored a team-leading 29 points and Chase Daniels added 16 points against the Golden Griffins. Iona comes off a 96-89 win over Fairfield with Jordan Washington pouring in 30 points, however, the Gaels are only 2-6-1 ATS their last nine games, and they're laying double digits in this matchup.  Quinnipiac has covered four road games in a row and six straight as an underdog while Iona is 0-4 ATS its last four contests after a win. Take the big points and play Quinnipiac. Also, take a small flyer on the big upset here. Right now these teams are playing roughly equal with the Bobcats winning their last five games by two points on average, and Iona is winning theirs by 3.8 per game. Both teams have great offense and poor defense, but the difference is not that marked. They own identical 5-4 marks since the start of conference play with Quinnipiac playing better defense over those nine games (78.6 per game allowed vs. 81.3 for the Gaels).
