Quinnipiac at Canisius

This is a pivotal game in the Metro Atlantic. Newcomer Quinnipiac is even in the conference with Canisius at 12-4, and the loser's chance at the regular season title will be dashed. The Bobcats have done very well in their first season in the Metro Atlantic, and this team hits the boards hard with Ike Asotam averaging 16.9 points per game while collecting 10.9 boards per contest. Ousmane Drame posts 13.1 ppg and 9.9 boards per game, so the combination has been lethal inside, and is getting a pair of double-doubles on average per night. Canisius is just 2-2 in their last four, and the two wins were both narrow escapes vs. some of the softer teams in the league. The dog will get a lot of baskets inside, and Canisius is going to have to get theirs outside, so I like the Bobcats opportunity for easier points. Make the play on Quinnipiac.
