St. John's is 18-3 on the season, and at 9-1 in conference play, they are tied for 1st in the Big East with Marquette at 9-1. The Red Storm are 18-3 overall, outscoring their opponents by 15ppg. St. John's is a top defensive team, allowing 39% shooting and just 33% from deep. Providence is just 11-10 on the season and 5-5 in conference play.
