Portland won 20 games two years ago, but with heavy graduations they began the rebuilding process last year. That resulted in a rather painful fall to 7-24. Jake Ehlers joins that rebuilding process, and he is a good one and a two-time Oregon Player of the Year. Portland State may have an even bigger rebuilding process after finishing 17-16 a year ago, and losing a pair of Big Sky first team all-conference players, which represents 33 points to replace. I think that at this point Portland is home and ahead in the rebuilding process. They also play in a stronger league, and attracts better players. The Vikings have covered just four of their last 15 on the road vs. a team with a winning home record. Play on Portland.
