Pennsylvania at Washington

The Penn Quakers will put their 3-0 start to the test when they take on Washington. The Ivy League is a different animal as a lot of teams don't have the athletes to contend outside the conference, and often end up playing low-scoring games. The last 111 games Penn has played outside the conference have resulted in an average of 138 total points being scored, so getting this into the 150s is not going to be easy. The fact is that 86 of those games scored 150 or fewer, and just 25 made it over the 150-point mark. I think the oddsmakers have not thought this one out very well, and the Ivy's tendency to play low-scoring games out of conference has not been given enough consideration here. Take the UNDER.
