Pennsylvania at Vanderbilt

Vanderbilt was a top team a couple of years ago, but those players for the most part have moved on, and this is not the type of program that just reloads and continues their success. They are 7-3 to start the season, but the rebuilding is far from complete. Penn was once at the pinnacle of the Ivy League along with Princeton, but have dropped off in recent years. The program is starting to get the quality back that will make them successful again. They are young, but a bit more talented than recent years, and have been competitive despite the 3-5 record, covering both games as a double-digit dog, and feeling good off three straight wins. This one is closer than it looks, make the play on Penn.
