The Penn Quakers have fallen from their perch atop the Ivy League, and have endured a painful 20-loss season. This is a team on the improve, however. After a 2-13 start, they have gone 5-7 since, and should be feeling good here off a big win against Harvard. Brown has won three straight games, but the Quakers beat them by over 20 points in the first meeting. Penn has been their most successful when sneaking up on home teams with a winning home record, where they are a robust 19-8 ATS in their last 27 games against them. Overall on the road, Penn is 6-2 ATS in their last eight. Take the points with a live dog, and play on Penn.
