Penn State at Northwestern

The Big-10 has a lot of good teams, but this game is missing one of them  as neither Penn State nor Northwestern will be playing after this weekend. They have almost always been the lesser teams in their contests within the conference, requiring a methodical style to hopefully stay in the game. Now they each will feel on equal footing, and I expect them both to try to run on each other as much as possible instead of pull up. Northwestern has topped the 70-point mark just one time in conference play, but against more comparable foes outside the conference they did so six times.
