Penn State a big dog here. However, they are 4-4 ATS in their last eight games, having slowed down the pace. They have only lost their last five games by 2, 14, 9, 9 and 14 points. The Nittany Lions are 4-1 ATS in their last five games against a team with a winning record. Since the injury to Tim Frazier, a pair of young players have been forced to step up. Sophomore guard D.J. Newbill is coming off his eighth 20-point game of the season with 26 points and eight rebounds in the Lions' 74-72 loss to Iowa on Thursday. In that game they were a +8 dog. Penn State tied a season high with eight threes in that game while shooting a season best 47.1 percent from the arc in the game. Michigan has lost three of its last four games, all on the road, since reaching the No. 1 ranking two weeks ago and have played two overtime games in the last three contests.  The Wolverines are 0-4 ATS in their last four vs. the Big Ten. This is an easy stretch the next three games before finishing with a pair of tough home games against No. 8 Michigan State and No. 1 Indiana, so don't look for them to go all out in this one. The Wolverines are also 1-5-1 ATS at home against a team with a losing road record. Play Penn State!
