Indiana is currently close to the top of the competitive Big-10 Conference at 14-5 on the season. This team beat Purdue two games back then proceeded to fall flat vs Michigan losing by 18. Penn St. is just 8-8 on the season but has been very competitive as they have been close vs Purdue, losing by seven, and Ohio State by just five. Maybe most importantly they beat Indiana at home by three. Penn St. likes to play a low possession game and held Indiana to 58 points in the first meeting which has been their lowest point total in any Big-10 opponent they have faced this year.
