Penn State has pretty much made the most of a difficult early schedule that has seen them play Kentucky, Ole Miss, Boston College and St. Joes. They certainly will have the most productive player on the court in Tim Frazier who is a true stat stuffer. Frazier averages 17.6 points per game and grabs 5.5 boards, dishes out 7.3 assists, while taking 2.3 steals as well. Duquesne at 5-4 has yet to beat a BCS Conference team where they have struggled on the season, and have not lived up to expectations at home where they are just 2-6 ATS in their last eight. Penn State brings a 16-5-1 ATS mark into this one following a loss, as well as a 16-6 ATS mark as a dog from +7 to +12.5. Take the points and Penn St. in this one.
