Oral Roberts at Rice

The Rice Owls have had a lot of soft games on their schedule early. They have been able to generate some offense in those games, but certainly not to the extent you would hope for if you were a Rice fan. They managed just 63 points vs. St. Thomas (TX), 75 vs. St. Gregorys, 75 vs. Lamar, and a season-high 86 vs. Grambling State. Those aren't household names in NCAAB by any stretch, and the Owls showed why the offense struggles vs. reasonable competition. The Owls have failed to top the 67-point mark in every other game. Oral Roberts has played a lot of top teams early on, but the truth is when they face ordinary competition, those teams aren't scoring on them. The Golden Eagles lack consistent offense themselves, leading to six straight UNDERs. Rice has a long history of playing predominantly to the UNDER at 35-16-1 at neutral sites. I'll play the UNDER in this one.
