Old Dominion at Georgetown

The Hoyas appear to be back on the national map, and sometimes that creates the pressures of playing at another level. This team has been coming for a couple of years, and flying under the radar, without expectations. This will be the most difficult test they will have faced to date, and we think they will find themselves in a game. Old Dominion has a couple players that needed to up their level of play, as Valdas Vasylius who was the top player off the bench last year is leading the Monarchs in scoring at 14.2 ppg. Williamson (4.76 apg a year ago) is also averaging 14+ and both have picked up the scoring that departed from a year ago. Dahi appears to be recovered from ACL surgery, and is averaging 12.2p pg. The Monarchs have enough to stay in this game, so we will take a generous double digit spot here.
