Oklahoma State at Baylor

Baylor is getting all the attention with its 14-0 start, and while they are very good this group is not a dominant, powerhouse team. The Bears have never been ranked #1 in school history, but they could be early next week, so this is all new for them. They come off a 65-63 victory over Iowa State on Wednesday as a 9-point favorite. The Bears are 4-9 ATS as a home favorite. A talented Oklahoma State comes to town, leading the Big 12 and ranking fourth nationally in scoring (91 ppg). Sophomore point guard Juwan Evans leads the Big 12 scoring (19.7 per game) and is fourth in assists (5.1) while guards Jeffrey Carroll (16.2 points) and Phil Forte III (13.1) also are averaging in double figures. Forte ranks second in the nation in free throw shooting (95.9). With the national pressure brewing even more on the home team, look for a close one all the way and back the big dog.
