Ohio vs. Akron

It looks like a good race in the MAC Conference this season. Akron, Ohio, U. and Miami, O. are all unbeaten through three conference games. Tonight, Ohio U. heads to Akron to take on the Zips. Both teams can score, averaging better than 80 points on the season. There is one glaring weakness that I think will turn this game. Ohio U. has done a terrible job running opponents off the 3-point line, and as a consequence, the Bobcats are allowing opponents to shoot 39% from deep. Akron also hits the offensive boards hard and gets 12 rebounds a game. This is probably going to be a tight game, but Akron is at home and has some statistical advantages in this game. Make the play on Akron.
