Notre Dame at Syracuse

The Syracuse Orange have had some really good teams over the years, but this is the first time they have ever started 21-0. The 'Cuse earned the last one with a hard fought, physically and emotionally draining overtime win over Duke on Saturday Night. That gives them one day of rest to recover, and they certainly could be very flat in this game. Notre Dame also owns a win over Duke, and have knocked off the #1 team on nine separate occasions over the years. The Irish will do their best to control tempo here, and one thing they do well is take care of the ball, as they have committed nine or fewer turnovers in 11 games this season. While I don't think an upset is in the cards here tonight, I do think the 'Cuse might be a few possessions shy of their "A" game here, and the Irish will hang inside the number. Make the play on Notre Dame.
