The Hawkeyes got to 20 wins on the strength of a 6-2 finish and are on the outside looking in as Big-10 Tournament play begins. They will need to win it, or at the very least get to the final to have a shot to make the Dance. The Hawkeyes have really stepped things up late in the season on the defensive end, allowing their last six opponents just an average of 58.5 points per game. The Wildcats did not solve this defense in the two meetings on the season as they averaged just 53.5 ppg against them. The Wildcats have lost 10 of their last 11 as their offense is simply not up to the level of opposing Big-10 defenses. They averaged an anemic 50.9 ppg in the 10 defeats. Northwestern has now played 10-2-1 to the UNDER in their last 13 vs. a team over .600, while Iowa, who is ramping up the "D" lately, is 5-1 UNDER in their last six. Play the UNDER.
