Northwestern at Minnesota

The chances of making the NCAA Tournament have run out for Minnesota and Northwestern, unless they pull a miracle and win the Big-10 Conference Championship. While the records are the same at 14-13 on the season, that is where the similarities end. Northwestern has a solid RPI of #54 and the Golden Gophers are just #89. Minnesota had an awful non-conference strength of schedule here they ranked #329, so while these teams have gotten to the same place at 14-13 on the season, Northwestern had a much more difficult path getting here. Minnesota is 4-12 ATS at home, which reveals some of that, Northwestern is 7-5 ATS on the road for the season. I like Northestern in this one.
