The Northwestern Wildcats are seldom at or near the top of the Big-10 standings, but what they do well is play methodical half-court offense, shorten games, and hang around. Northwestern is vastly improved as their last six games have seen them take down Purdue, Minnesota, Indiana, and Wisconsin, and three of those were on the road. Michigan State has been battling injuries, and have been just 2-3 in their last five games, and are not playing in peak form right now. Northwestern has done a good job vs. the better teams with their slow tempo, as they are 4-1 ATS in their last five vs. a team over .600, and have competed their way to a 6-0 ATS mark in their last six trips here. Play on Northwestern.
