Northern Iowa at Richmond

Northern Iowa is used to winning under outstanding head coach Ben Jacobson. Matt Bohannon and Jeremy Morgan are the two returning starters from last year's 31-4 Panthers squad. They are playing well and winning a lot already this season behind stellar senior guard Wes Washpun. He is averaging 6.5 assists per game, which is tops in the Missouri Valley Conference and ranks #16 in the nation. Washpun is also burying shots at 58.3 percent on the season on 60 shot attempts. UNI ranks #7 in the nation in field goal percentage at 52.3 percent and #8 in the nation in three-point field goal percentage at 44.2 percent. The Panthers are 18-6-3 ATS when following a win and 13-3-1 ATS in their last 17 road games. UNI has shot 52.0 percent or better in four of its six games. Richmond is favored but has three defeats, including an 87-75 loss to James Madison as -9 chalk. The Spiders are on a 1-3-1 ATS run at home and 12-30-3 ATS in their last 45 non-conference games.
