Northern Iowa finally won a road game against Valparaiso, which should give the Panthers some confidence in the Missouri Valley Conference tournament in St. Louis. The Panthers have won three straight overall following a 60-50 defeat of Evansville yesterday. Wyatt Lohaus scored 15 points and Hunter Rhodes added 14 points against the Purple Aces. Klint Carlson and Bennett Koch combined for 17 rebounds and Evansville was held to 38.2 percent shooting and 2-of-14 from three-point range. Northern Iowa is 19-8-1 ATS its last 28 neutral-site games. Both Northern Iowa and Loyola Chicago allow nearly 42 percent shooting and 63 points per game.
