The Northern Illinois Huskies football team will finished their season with more wins than their basketball edition will likely win this season. The count in the win column stands at just one thus far. They have been held in the 50s or less in all but two of their 13 games, but that is by design. The Huskies slow the tempo realizing they are at a deficit on the court and that makes a big number vs. an opponent that is just 6-9 a tough one to take down.
