North Florida at South Carolina

Frank Martin had a lot of success at Kansas State where his teams won 20 games or more in five straight seasons. South Carolina hired him to turn their program around, but it just isn't happening. He finished #12 in the conference two years ago and #13 last year. While he has a lot of returnees, I'm not so sure that is the answer from a team that struggled all season with these same players. Many will see the relatively short line and play on SC, but North Florida is another one of those Atalntic Sun Conference teams that could be better than most expect. Trent Mackey averaged 11.0 points per game last year comes in as a transfer and the rest of the roster is full of experienced returnees and could make some noise in the Atlantic Sun, and life miserable for the Gamecocks.
