North Carolina at Wake Forest

It has been several years since Wake Forest has been a player in the ACC. This year is not looking to be a revival, as they are off to a pedestrian 9-9 start to the season. Wake has covered seven straight games, and that is going to influence North Carolina enough to bring their "A" game. The Heels are a one-point loss from being 9-0 in their last nine, dropping one vs. a very good Notre Dame team. They have played better defensively than most of their past teams, allowing 60 points or less in eight games on the season. The Demon Deacons lack the depth and talent to take on one of the nation's best and deepest teams. In the end they won't be able to hang around in this one. Lay the points on North Carolina.
