North Carolina at Virginia Tech

North Carolina has its worst team in recent memory with an 8-9 straight-up record and 4-13 ATS and the Tarheels are on a current four-game losing streak. Virginia Tech looks to bounce back from a two-point loss to Syracuse, which snapped a three-game winning streak.
