North Carolina at Santa Barbara

North Carolina has taken some early blows with Tyler Hansbrough still sidelined and now Tyler Zeller has been lost with a broken wrist. Don't feel sorry for the ‘Heels as they have future NBA players on the court at every position and a couple more on the bench. Last year the ‘Heels blew out the Gauchos 105-70. North Carolina had a bad shooting game against Kentucky but still won by 19. That in itself says all you need to know about the balance of this team all-around. If they shoot a normal percentage they win by 30+. The Gauchos simply don't have the firepower to stay in this one. They have two legitimate scorers in Devine and Powell, and then the drop-off is significant. The ‘Heels will bottle up those two, and this one is likely to be as ugly as last year's 35-point ‘Heels’ win. I like North Carolina in a blowout.
